Business opportunities
Verified companies looking for verified partners. Real volume, real requirements, real deadlines — and no cold outreach lists.
Quick answer
How does the ETC B2B opportunity board work?
A verified travel company posts what it needs — a DMC in a specific country, contracted hotel allocations, a transfer or MICE partner — along with the annual volume, the requirements it will actually check and a response deadline. Other verified companies read the brief and send a proposal. The poster's identity stays hidden until it shortlists you, which prevents the board being harvested into cold-call lists. Browsing is free, responding is included in every paid tier, and there is no per-proposal fee.

Looking for DMC in Turkey
German Travel Agency · 150 – 200 pax per year
We are a Munich-based agency selling cultural and small-group programmes to the German-speaking market and are looking to replace our current ground partner in Turkey. Volume is roughly 150–200 passengers per year across Istanbul, Cappadocia and the Aegean coast, in groups of 12–18, running March to November. We need a partner who operates in-house rather than brokering: own guides with German language capability, own or contracted vehicles, and a single named account manager rather than a shared inbox.
Seeking Hotels in Barcelona
UK Tour Operator · Group bookings – Summer 2026
We run city-break departures to Barcelona and need contracted allocations for summer 2026. Looking for 3★ superior and 4★ properties within walking distance of the Gothic Quarter or Eixample, able to hold 12–20 twin/double rooms per departure with a release date no earlier than 21 days. Breakfast included, and a lift is non-negotiable — our clients skew older.
Looking for Wellness Partner
Retreat Organizer · Yoga & Wellness Retreats
We organise week-long yoga and breathwork retreats for groups of 14–18 and are looking for a Greek partner property or operator for spring and autumn 2027. We need a venue with a covered practice space, plant-forward catering that is genuinely good rather than tolerated, and quiet — proximity to a nightlife strip disqualifies a property regardless of how the photographs look.
Transfer partner needed in Portugal
Nordic Tour Operator · 400+ transfers per season
Seeking a transfer partner covering Faro, Lisbon and Porto airports for the 2027 season. Volume is 400+ transfers, mostly airport-to-hotel in the Algarve and Lisbon, with a meaningful share of late-evening arrivals. Flight tracking and a real 24/7 dispatch number are requirements, not preferences — our last partner failed on exactly this.
MICE partner for Swiss incentive programmes
US Corporate Events Agency · 2 programmes per year, 60–120 delegates
We deliver incentive programmes for financial-services clients and are looking for a Swiss DMC to handle two programmes per year, 60–120 delegates each, typically split between Zurich and an alpine resort. Requirements are heavy on compliance: our clients need documented supplier due diligence, GDPR-compliant delegate data handling and insurance certificates on file before contracting.
Photography partner for Italian hotel portfolio
Hotel Group · 9 properties, rolling shoots
Nine boutique properties between Tuscany and the Amalfi Coast need a refreshed image library over 2027, shot to a single visual standard rather than nine different ones. Scope is stills plus short vertical video per property, with full commercial usage rights and raw files delivered.
Writing a proposal that gets shortlisted
Companies posting here read proposals in batches, quickly. The ones that survive the first pass share three properties.
- They answer the requirements in order. If the brief lists six things, address six things. A proposal that opens with a company history and never mentions the licence requirement gets closed at paragraph two.
- They are specific about what is in-house. Own guides, own vehicles, contracted allocations — say which, and say which you broker. Everyone brokers something; pretending otherwise is the fastest way to lose a reference check.
- They name a person. A named account manager with a response commitment beats an impressive team page. The poster is buying reliability, not size.
One more thing: if you cannot meet a stated requirement, say so and explain what you would do instead. Posters shortlist honest partial fits over confident full fits that unravel in week three.
