The brief
We are a Munich-based agency selling cultural and small-group programmes to the German-speaking market and are looking to replace our current ground partner in Turkey. Volume is roughly 150–200 passengers per year across Istanbul, Cappadocia and the Aegean coast, in groups of 12–18, running March to November. We need a partner who operates in-house rather than brokering: own guides with German language capability, own or contracted vehicles, and a single named account manager rather than a shared inbox.
Requirements

- German-speaking licensed guides available in Istanbul and Cappadocia
- In-house transport or a long-standing contracted fleet
- Experience with the German-speaking market and its documentation habits
